1)  3 Channel IR Tire Temp Sensor   We've released a new, 3 channel infra-red (non-contact) tire temperature sensor.  This is a great addition to our Road Race/CIrcle Track DataMite loggers because you can record 3 tire temperatures and just use 1 analog channel, not 3.  It's features include:

• 5 Hz sampling rate for each temperature.
• 18 deg focus.  This means the "spot diameter" for measuring a temperature will be about 30% as big as the distance from the surface.  If the sensor is mounted 4" from the tire, it will average the temperature over a 0.30 x 4" = 1.2" diameter spot.
• You can position and focus each sensor as you want, to accommodate very large or small tread widths, or most any mounting constraints.
• All 3 channels are recorded via just 1 analog channel rather than 3.  This way 12 sensors (3 on each corner of the car) only require 4 analog channels on our DataMite III or DataMite 4 loggers.
• Very affordable price of $345, part # DT4-IR3.

2)  Circle Track Analyzer Files   We've got a major update to Circle Track Analyzer coming and we're looking for more example files.  If you own Circle Track Analyzer and have some files you are willing to share, it could get you a free update to v4.0 when we release it.  If you want, we can include your name, company name, etc in the file comments to give you credit.

3)  New, Affordable Fuel Flow Sensor   We've got our own fuel flow sensor calibration system, so we no longer depend on the sensor supplier for calibration data.  Now we can provide a wider and more affordable range of fuel flow sensors and and ensure you will get accurate results.

We have a new, lower flow sensor for gas engines in the 20-400 HP range, with a very affordable price of $245.  Part number is DT4-FP.

4)  PRI Trade Show, Indianapolis, Coming in December   We're exhibiting at the Best and Biggest racing products trade show in the world, the Performance Racing Industry trade show in Indianapolis, Dec 12-14.  We're in the same location as last year, booth # 134, so check their website floor plan, and be sure to register to attend ahead of time.

5)  Christmas and End of Year Tax Period Coming   It is that time of year for the holidays and that also means the end of the tax year for most businesses.  If you're not sure what to put on your Christmas list    , think of Performance Trends; maybe a new product purchase, or an update or accessory to what you already have.  We're sure it would be something you could use.
