1)  Quick Cam Checker Released   We've given you peeks at this Cam Checker tool in previous newsletters and at trade shows, and now we have released it.  We've put lots of development into the Quick Cam Checker to go beyond its original purpose of just checking cam timing and lobe separation.  But we knew you would also want duration at different lifts, and peak lift.  This took more work but we feel we can accurately do those additional measurements now.

2)  Test Pressure Controller for Flow Bench   We have released our USB style Flow Bench Controller.  It automatically controls flow bench pressure or vacuum by varying the AC current to the bench motors.  It is available with either a 110 VAC or 220 VAC power module, 20 amps or 50 amps.

3)  Inexpensive RPM Checker  Occasionally a customer will wonder if the DataMite is measuring the correct RPM.  Or they may need to measure engine RPM to calibrate a chassis dyno setup to calculate engine RPM from the dyno roller RPM.  We now offer an inexpensive Optical Tachometer.  Simply place a piece of reflective tape on something spinning with the engine, aim the laser sensor at the tape, and it displays RPM.  It comes with carrying case, 9v battery, several inches of reflective tape, memory function, and more, all for $29.95, part number DTM-OT.

4)  PRI Trade Show, Indianapolis, Coming in December   We're exhibiting at the Best and Biggest racing products trade show in the world, the Performance Racing Industry trade show in Indianapolis, Dec 11-13.  We're in a totally different location from last year booth 124, so check their website floor plan, and be sure to register to attend ahead of time.

5)  Suspension Analyzer v2.4 Updates  A few customers recently pointed out that some of the more advanced features had some bugs.  Some bugs involved the 4 Link feature where you can store several different combinations of holes for the 4 link brackets. Click on Help (at the top of the main screen), and then select About Suspension Analyzer.  Your version's complete version number (written in blue) will be something like v2.4 A.014.  If it is earlier than v2.4, you will need to purchase an update to obtain the latest version.
