Wide Band Oxygen (O2) A/F Sensor Calibration Checker

Now you can check your wide band O2 sensors and see if they have gone bad or your engine is really running that lean. 

You screw in your sensor and supply the nitrogen (or argon) gas, and the propane or shop air at the specified rate to produce most any A/F mixture, from 11:1 to as lean as 17:1.  (These fittings are on the back side of the device in picture.  Gases not included with calibrator.)

Not only do you check your sensor, but your entire A/F recording system, including the electronics, wiring, computer or data logger and software calibration.

Now you can have confidence you’re getting accurate A/F numbers.
