1) New Drag Racing Analyzer v3.4 B Released  Our September is a little late because we really wanted to get this product update notice in it.  It has been a long time coming, but we've just released a major update to our popular Drag Racing Analyzer v3.4 B.  

 

A list of major improvements include:

• Being able to enter up to 10 transmission ratios
• Being able to specify converter lock up in some particular gear
• Having much more advanced graphing features
• Being able to print out graphs with many more options, including printing the vehicle picture
• Several new example vehicle files
• Being able to open previous run tests from the History Log
• Files you delete are now sent to the Recycle Bin, so they can be retrieved if you made a mistake

If you have the previous version 3.4 A, this is a $45 update charge.  If you have 3.2 or something earlier, it is a $65 update charge.

2)  PRI Trade Show, Indianapolis, Coming in December   We're exhibiting at the Best and Biggest racing products trade show in the world, the Performance Racing Industry trade show in Indianapolis, Dec 7-9.  We're in the same location as last year, booth # 134, so check their website floor plan, and be sure to register to attend ahead of time.

3) Drag Racing Centrifugal Clutch Program's New Features  We've added new clutch types to our list of standard clutches to the Centrifugal (slider) Clutch program, including:

New Clutches provided with program:

• McLeod with 'Long Arms'
• McLeod w 'Borg & Beck' 3 Rollers
• McLeod w 'Borg & Beck' 6 Rollers
• Hays 'Long Style' Slider 83gm

In addition to the new clutch designs, we've added the feature of being able to analyze clutch torque and lockup RPM, or simply clutch clamping forces.

These new features are a free update to anyone who owns the program now.  If you want to purchase the program outright, it is $199.95.

If you already own this program, install right over the top of your existing version by clicking on the button below.  If you have Windows 10, restart your computer and go directly to link below.  Win 10 may not always allow you to update your program if you have run the program since you last restarted your computer.)

      to install demo program over top of your current program.  Because your current program is unlocked (working version), it will stay working after this update. 

This is not critical, but when asked, select to do a Refresh installation instead of a Complete (typical) installation.  Click on Help (at the top of the main screen), and then select About...    The new version number (written in blue) should now be 1.1 A.007.

4) Press Coverage, National Dragster  National Dragster, the NHRA publication of record, has done several features on our products and similar products from our competition.  These were all published in the printed editions of National Dragster.  Or, check them out on-line at link below.
