All our programs work with the engine, engine components, transmissions, etc found in Off Road vehicles. However, here are a couple of programs that are especially suited to the extremes of Off Roading.

Our Suspension Analyzer v2.0 Software is capable of working with Off Road Vehicles. This program works with ATV's, Off Road Buggies and Stadium Trucks. We've even had customer's use it on snowmobile front suspensions. With travel limits of +/- 20 inches, you shouldn't have any trouble using it for your Off Road application.

Performance Analyzer DOS Computer Software to Calculate the Many Different Aspects of Vehicle Performance, Including Hill Climbing, Acceleration Performance, Fuel Economy, Top Speed, and More. This is the only software we have (or we believe anyone has) that actually simulates hill climbing performance.

Shock Dyno v1.1 Our Shock Dyno is is designed to see how your shocks are working on your Off Road vehicle.

Most of our Computer Programs are compatible with Off Road Applications

Computer Programs to Simulate, Predict and Analyze Stock or Race Engine Dynamometer (dyno) Performance.

Our Engine Analyzer programs can simulate almost any engine. From off road motorcycle single cylinder engines, to the small 4 cylinder in your Flat Fender Jeep, to a Big Block Chevy or Ford, even a Turbo-Diesel are all possible.

Engine Analyzer v3.2: Even our Basic Engine Simulation Software includes most all the features mentioned above (but not Diesel). See how you can get more low end torque, or shift the power range higher for more HP.

Engine Analyzer Plus v3.4: Our Mid line Engine Simulation Software has 10 additional features, including diesel and other alternate fuels.

Engine Analyzer Pro v3.9: Our Top of the line Engine Simulation Software goes into great detail to estimate the intake and exhaust port pressures (based on Finite Difference wave simulation), net flow over the entire valve opening Duration, net trapped fresh mass charge, heat transfer to all chamber components, etc. This is the same type of simulation done by programs you can LEASE (not own) for $20,000 to $50,000 per year.

Engine Analyzer Pro Enterprise Edition v3.9 Adds several additional features most dealing with Turbos and Superchargers. Head over to the page to see all the addtional options.

All our Engine Analyzer programs will create power curves which will automatically drop into our vehicle simulations, like Drag Race Analyzer, Circle Track Analyzer, or Fuel Economy Calculator programs. You can also "auto link" them so that every time you make a new Engine Analyzer "run", the ET, 60 ft, MPH, lap times or MPG are displayed right in the Engine Analyzer program.

Circle Track Log Book v1.1 Computer program to log your vehicle's settings and results for future reference, analysis and comparison. This program can be customized to your special Off Road needs.

Transmission Gear Calculator v2.0 Computer Program to Analyze MPH and RPM Relationships, Optimum Shift Points, Shift Analysis for Most Any Combination of Rear Axle Ratio, Tire Size and Transmission Gear Ratios.

Rotating Inertia Calculator v1.1 Software to Calculate the Effective Weight of Rotating Components Due to Their Rotating Inertia. This program lets you predict the performance effect of reducing Rotating Inertia of certain vehicle and engine components.

Fuel Economy Calculator v1.1 Not all Off Road vehicles are trailered. So when you are on the road, see how you can improve your fuel economy. This Program can estimate cruising fuel economy (MPG) for all types of vehicles, including FWD, RWD and 4x4, automatics or manuals, and all types of engines. This is the only program that will let you estimate how your mods (driving style, road type, vehicle, engine, weather, etc) will affect your cruising MPG.

Our Data Loggers can be used for street, race, and Off Road applications.

Road Race/Circle Track DataMite v3.7 Data Logger and Computer Software to actually measure what your off road vehicle is doing out there on the track or trails, now with GPS for track mapping and lap/segment timing. You can also do acceleration testing to generate "dyno quality" power curves for your engine.

We have been selling Dyno Data Acquisition Systems since 1998 with hundreds of very satisfied customers. All Off Road vehicles (bikes, ATVs, and 4x4s) like more torque and HP, and dyno testing is the way to achieve this. You may want to build your own dyno, or add electronics to an older dyno. (Building an inertia dyno for smaller HP vehicles may be a LOT easier than you think.)

Dyno DataMite v3.7 Data Logger Electronics, Sensors, and Software to record, analyze and graph Dynamometer Data from Engine Dynos or Chassis Dynos, Inertia (flywheel) Dynos, Absorber (water brake, eddy current, hydraulic, etc) Dynos or some combo of the two.
